Was born in Leningrad, In 1996 he graduated Saint-Petersburg Choral school named after M.I. Glinka, in 2001 – Saint-Petersburg state conservatory named after N.A. Rimsky-Korsakov (conductor-choral faculty, class by prof. T. Hitrova) and studied electively in class of organ (pedagogue – prof. M. Chausov).
From 2001 he teaches on the department of vocal and musical education in Saint-Petersburg theatre arts academy. From 2002 he works as conductor and chorus master in drama theatre named after Lensovet and in theatre “Na Liteynom”.
In 2003 he was invited as principal chorus master in Theatre of musical comedy. With his participation were realized following productions: “Hello, Dolly!” J. German, “Viennese Meetings” based on the music by J. Strauss, “Not like the others” A. Petrov and A. Kalvarsky, “Bluebeard” J. Offenbach, “The Merry Widow” F. Lehar, “Bayader”, “Silvia”, "The Duchess from Chicago" and "Countess Maritza" I. Kalman, “Oh, dear friend!” V. Lebedev, “Chicago” J. Kander, “The Bird Seller” C. Zeller, "Madame Pompadour" L. Fall. In 2007 he realized musical direction of performance for children “Teremok” A. Kyligin, in which artists of chorus were performing leading parts.
In 2009 by Order of President of Russian Federation Alexey Nefedov was rewarded with Order Medal “For achievments to Native land” of II degree.
As a conductor of the musical "Dance of Vampires" was awarded the Prize of the Government of St. Petersburg in the field of literature, art and architecture for the year 2011 "For achievements in the field of music and performing arts".
