From November 21 to 25, the Musical Comedy Theatre hosted a delegation from Uzbekistan, which included a representative of the Ministry of Culture of the Republic, the heads of the State Musical Comedy (Operetta) Theatre of Uzbekistan, the heads of the Khorezm Regional Musical Drama Theatre and the Khorezm Regional Puppet Theatre.

As part of the friendly visit, the leading soloist of the Musical Comedy (Operetta) Theatre of Uzbekistan Begzot Sadykov took part in the play "The Merry Widow" by F. Lehar, playing the role of Rossilion with great success among the audience.

Following the visit, a memorandum was signed on the development of cultural and business ties between creative teams, and negotiations were held on the immediate prospects for creative cooperation.
